I entered a number not on the list and it said that that number wouldn't
work and then it gave me a chance to either enter a different number or to
get a list of working numbers.  (I can't remember the exact wording, but
that is the gist of it.  Note, I entered my number in octal and it gave me a
list in decimal.)
