Two things to consider -


First get a current copy of Mozilla (both 1.2 and 1.3 releases had a number of "issues" particularly with screen redraw). You can look at either the mozilla home page (www.mozilla.org) or check out freshrpms (http://freshrpms.net/) for RH9 specific RPMs. Look for either 1.4.1 (very stable) or 1.5 (latest release).

Second, make sure that you have a current version of XFree86 and the configuration for your specific video chip and memory combination.

I believe that the combination will help with your problem
