Hercules Prophet 4000XT PCI

has anyone got this graphics card to work under linux? I tried the driver 
from www.powervr.com, but had no luck in getting it running. (the powervr 
module creates problems).
By the way, I am using the stock kernel as from redhat, upadted via up2date 
(kernel 2.4.20-20.9)
