Failure of coreutils update

I got from RHN the red mark and coreutils had to be updated.
in my system coreutils-4.3.19 was (is) installed, as from rpm -qa I get such an information.
I made the RHN update run, but it didn't succeed in completing the update as during installation system froze...system restarted, fsck on my system, and again the same problem by running rpm -Fvh coreutils-4.3.19.0.2. (exactly same freeze, and fsck, etc, etc.)

Furthermore if check by Webmin list of installed files i get this

Failed file size check
Failed MD5 check
Failed modification time check

on many files included in the package.

I suppose that I cannot disinstall coreutils-4.3.19 and then re-install coreutils-4.3.19.0.2 as it seems very important and very connected to system.

Any hint??
