This sounds pretty damn orwellian. Sound like of an abuse of power. What exact sort of activities is he looking for? Sign of hacker activity?
he suspects 3 people are trying to break from his business were they are currently employed and start a similar independant business. he believes they intend to try and take clients they developed with his resources while employed with him.
