Yes, I know about bogo and spamassasin and milter etc, I wish to know if this can be done with sendmail.



With straight sendmail, you'd have to match the string exactly - one difference and all bets are off. At least with postfix, you can put regular expressions in the header_checks to discard that sort of mail in a more clever fashion.
