Sure. Look, sendmail uses procmail to do the local delivery already. So
you write a procmailrc that runs spamassassin and/or bogofilter to filter
this stuff. You're changing this:

	sendmail -> procmail -> your-mail-spool

into

	sendmail -> procmail -> bogo/spamass -> your-mail-spool
