Try searching www.google.com. There are like sooo many links dealing
with this specific issue DWL - 650 and Red Hat 9. But the problem with
bloody DLink is that they are always changing their chipsets even in the
same models so it is not a guarantee if somebody says that they got
DWL-650 working since yours and that persons chipsets maybe different.

I have had the most success with the drivers available at the above site
with the DLINKs I have (DWL 520+ & 650+).
