I think the psm part must be integrated into other packages.  It wasn't in
1.4.1 either and I've noticed no loss of functionality (including visiting
secure sites).

Unnecessary for normal operations, I think.

If your RC1 was RPM, then "rpm -Fvh mozilla*.i386.rpm".  If not, then
uninstall RC1 first.  (I upgraded from 1.4.1 RPMs, not 1.15RC1, so I'm not
claiming that I've actually done this.)
