I went through xconfig and modified the kernal with the things i need. How do I get Make to use that result? I use make bzImage, but that asks all the questions over again.doesn't make use that config file by default? unless you saved under a different filename, it should use your settings. in any case, after you save the config file, make dep clean should be run:

#make dep clean;make bzImage modules modules_install
just one example.
