I've used APC with the project apcupsd

Back-UPS Pro is better than the others but of course, costs more

module for webmin is also available

Other cheaper brands will cause you to do a lot more work but they all
can be made to work. Suggest that if you find something off brand that
you like - check for manufacturers web site for linux support and search
for support from linux project or 'nut' which redhat does include with
distro.
