If you ignore the "Download" column on the right, and click on "Mozilla 1.4" link in the center, it will bring you to a full list of 1.4 download options, including the following link: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.4/contributed/Red_Hat_8x_RPMS/gtk2/ Clicking on that link takes you to the ftp directory where both RPMS and SRPMS can be had.
