None, with a little planning. Associate each service with a different IP address and you can migrate services from one piece of hardware to another without anyone noticing, apart from the downtime. It's overkill for a two man operation though, assuming you talk to each other :-) But you do need to plan for growth at the outset rather than waiting until you're forced to migrate services.
