You need to find a friend who is willing to mail you CDs! Actually, there are places that will sell CDs for very little. The only one I can think of offhand is cheapbytes in the UK. Denmark has a long and honourable Unix tradition, so I imagine that there is somewhere local to you that will sell cheap CDs.
