If you use EZ CD Creator, you don't even have to look for the ISO stuff in
the menu's. You just need to double click on the ISO file, and EZ CD Creator
runs automatically. And puts you into burn CD mode.

I've used both Nero and EZ CD Creator on different burners.  The retail 
version of each supports burning of ISO's.  You have to look for it within 
the menues, but it's there.
