An .iso file is an image (i.e. a raw copy) of a CD file-system and must be burnt directly onto a CD. Examine your favourite disc burning utility closely for the option to "burn an image". Don't extract the files within the image. Don't construct a new image from the contents of the ISO images. Via Google you should find instructions on how to burn ISO images. E.g. I think www.linuxiso.org have a FAQ online. And don't hijack mailing-list threads. Compose a new message to the list, and set a proper subject line. What you did is a definite "No!". - -- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/X08F0iMVcrivHFQRAvSTAJwJZT6nzqH8J215m6Y8I7UFNgLVBwCdEWPH 20rNA7XNeaWk56lL9OmFDgg= =LBg1 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- Shrike-list mailing list Shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/shrike-list
