Hi,

One of my customer asked me a strange question today..is it normal yes
or no ?

The fact is that my customer sometimes need to see or edit some root
files, but prefers to navigate with Nautilus.

You are on your desktop, logged with your user.
1 - Open a terminal.
2 - su - root on this shell
3 - open nautilus & , 2 or 3 times.
4 - kill all nautilus (click on the top-right-cross of each one)
5 - you are now under root desktop !
6 - kill you terminal which launch nautilus & ... back to user desktop !

If you close your (root)Nautilus with the menu File/ Close all windows,
you don't see the problem and are still on your user desktop.

Strange ? Normal behavior ? bug ?

Me, I don't know...

Philippe
