irqbalance not working?

Have any of you had luck with irqbalance on SuperMicro E7501 system 
boards?  Even with irqbalance running, all the interrupts seem to go on 
CPU 0, on a dual Xeon Hyperthreading setup:

What can I do to share those IRQs?
