www.tldp.org  has just about anything else you might need.

3 good general books are
Essential System Administration, Aeleen Frisch, (O'Reilly)
Linux in a Nutshell, Siever, Figgins, Weber (O'Reilly)
Linux Administration Handbook, Nemeth, Snyder, Hein  (Prentice hall)

And of course
/usr/share/doc
