Different.  The graphical boot in severn and thus in Red Hat 10
actually starts up X Windows and you get a gtk progress bar with small
text giving a general idea of what is happening (ie. starting up print
services).

If you upgraded to severn it then graphical boot is not installed, you
need to install the rhgb rpm.
