Yep.

It's already checked the preference 'Always load images off the net' from Tools, Mail, Settings menu.

Nothing happens! But thanks anyway!

Just a thought...

Have you checked Tool -> Settings

In this under Mail Preferences -> HTML Mail

You can select in this whether the images will be loaded in HTML mail. I
think by default this is set to no. But I have an older version of
Evolution(Default RH 9) so in your case the option may be in a different
place.
