Hi all, how r ya doin?
Well I increased RAM from 256 (128+128) to 512
(128+128+256)MB
SWAP earlier was 512 ( 2wice as RAM size)
now 512 MB (same as RAM)
IS it really necessary to add swap ?
Can anybody throw some light ? This machine will be
used mostly by programmers (run pgm for 3/4 days)
software like fluent/matlab
and processor is p4 1.6 GHz
Please throw some light and cc me the reply
