Any chance that anyone has a libmal rpm available, or that Red Hat would like to make one available. Libmail is the malsync library, for use with pilot-link and the AvantGo (and other services) service. For example, kdepim can be compiled with AvantGo (libmal/malsync) capabilities if the configure process sees libmal installed. In my case, apt-get is having trouble doing anything for me, now, because it sees that I've recompiled the kdepim src.rpm and installed it, and it has libmal as a dependency. The problem, of course, is that libmal does not appear to be available for a Red Hat system in rpm format (nor was it installed from RPM, in my case). Mandrake has a libmal rpm, though I don't know that it would work with RHL9, and so far, I've not been able to build it on my RHL9 system from the Mandrake src.rpm. -- Shrike-list mailing list Shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/shrike-list
