I don't believe that in any 'pre-configured' installation that netatalk
is installed...

from the command line - as root type
rpm -qa|grep netatalk

and if anything turns up, it's installed, if not, it isn't installed.

once installed...
cd /etc/atalk

edit the config files as required...
/etc/atalk/AppleVolumes.default
/etc/atalk/afpd.conf
/etc/atalk/papd.conf
/etc/atalk/atalkd.conf
