I don't think that either Brian or I will commit to one or the other. I have a preference. If you (a) detail your requirements and (b) pay me I'll give you my professional opinion, but I'm not going to argue in favour of Postfix or Sendmail in general (I'll leave exim out of the argument because it's not shipped by Red Hat, I think, and qmail because it doesn't appear possible to distribute it.)
