Hi Anoop,

Neither
#redhat-config-mouse
nor
#mouseconf
works for me.

Solution is quite simple

edit /etc/X11/XF86Config-4

go to following section
Section "InputDevice"
	Identifier  "Mouse0"
	Driver      "mouse"
	Option	    "Protocol" "PS/2"
	Option	    "Device" "/dev/psaux"
	Option	    "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
	Option	    "Emulate3Buttons" "no"

Change "PS/2" to "IMPS/2" 

(or "MouseManPlusPS/2" as advised by Klaasjan
