Depends on what you want to do.  If you just want to run rpmbuild to 
compile the stock kernels for your processor or some such, you can get the 
src.rpm.

However, if you need the links to /usr/src/redhat, etc, for things like 
the OSS sound drivers, etc, you're better off downloading and installing 
kernel-source-your.version.i386.rpm (for example, if you're running the 
last recent kernel, you'll need kernel-source-2.4.20-18.9.i386.rpm).
