It should create a Documentation category in the menus for GNOME and
KDE. There was a bug in which the menus would not refresh properly
when a new category is added. It might still be around. Try logging
out and logging back in and see if it appears.

You can also start it from the command line with the following
command:

htmlview /usr/share/doc/rhl-gsg-en-9/index.html
