We are likely to move the default to some native-GUI browser eventually, rather than the Mozilla/XUL frontend. Though this will probably not happen right away.
May I ask what a "native-GUI" browser is?
My $0.02 is that I like Galeon for speed and simplicity. Does everything for me that Mozilla does as far as browsing, without all the weight and complexity of mail, page creation, and whatnot that is in Mozilla. After all, I have Evolution and Squirrelmail... mozilla-mail is redundant. <grin> I wish Galeon was included.
