Broken dependencies due to not installing Red Hat's packages:
$ rpm --redhatprovides libpq.so.2
postgresql72-libs-1-3
postgresql72-libs-1-3
postgresql-libs-7.3.2-3
Good catch - I didn't look close enough.
The old build was configured to require postgres as well?
