Certain vendors, who have signed NDAs with Red Hat, get the ISOs one to
two weeks ahead of time.  I suspect this is how companies like NVidia
get pre-released copies in order to test their drivers, and how sites
like osnews.com got a copy.  I don't know exactly what relationship
Matthias has with Red Hat, but it sounds like he might have gotten a
copy that way.
