borderless gnome theme (like E)

I love borderless Eterm in Enlightenment.

But somehow, gnome default theme does not allow me to totally remove
borders. Or may be it does, but I m not aware.

I am trying to get the following effect from ETerm
(http://themes.freshmeat.net/screenshots/38798/)

Any help would be appreciated.
