ide-scsi dvd

hi all

i ve changed atapi-dvd rom to ide-scsi driver
(for faster ripping with grip)
it works only under root account.
(i have a scsi-scanner that works for all users under /dev/sda
but this dvdrom fails under /dev/sdb).

Also grip put tags to ogg encoded files(artist-title-time etc)
but mp3 files dont do the same (encoder=lame).


Any help?
