A workstation replacement notebook take a look at dell inspirons. i'm happy with my 8100, ultra XGA screen, although it has an nvidia, not an ATI, but i believe the newer inspirons might give you a choice. mine's over a year old, has 60G HD, 512M RAM, firewire ... it *is* my workstation. -- Robert P.
