The time zone at Red Hat's headquarters in Raleigh, NC is EST5EDT, which
is currently -0400 , not +0600.  I'm not sure for certain that
updates.redhat.com is located there, however; in the past this has been
co-located in New York.  (But New York would also be -0400.)

Oops. Forgot which way the Earth turns :-) Considering that I've worked with people all around the world, you think I'd be able to get it right now. BTW, did you know that there's an EST which is +1000 (I think it's ten hours). Short timezone names are wonderfully ambiguous things.
