I deleted the file: /var/lib/logrotate.status and now logrotate is working again.
I upgraded from RH7.3 to RH9, maybe that caused some trouble. Also, I deleted some daemons that where in /etc/logrotate.d/, so there where entries in /var/lib/logrotate.status that where deleted. Maybe is a bug in logrotate? Don't know

I try running in debug mode like this: # logrotate -d /etc/logrotate.conf and the program never exit or finish.
