I have a 3Com 3c905 in mine and worked great under Seawolf and Valhalla. I had issues with who was ETH0 / ETH1 but otherwise worked fine. You jarred my memory on the display issue though. When docked, I had to switch, using a function key, to laptop display until X was running, then I could switch to monitor. X crashed and burned otherwise. I guess I should put Shrike on my CPx and see how it goes for me. Business is slow so I can take it out of service for a few days. I need to find another Hard Drive for mine. 4-6 gig or better would be fine and I could put winders on that, leaving my 13 gig for Linux. Maybe I can find someone who upgraded and buy their "old' dirve. Joebewan
