I believe that you can subscribe as many copies as you want, but you can
not copy the patches from a subscribed workstation to an unsubscribed
one.

Note, however, that the only way to get a copy of RHEL WS in the first
place is to buy a subscription.  I do not believe that you have the
right to take the media from a subscribed workstation and use that to
install on an unsubscribed workstation.
