OK, just to clarify, when you say "add \"console=ttyS0,115200\" to your boot 
line" you mean that I boot from cd and I will see something on the serial?  
Remember, this machine has no graphics card.  Probably no keyboard (unless I 
can't get it to work without a keyboard).
