No they don't. I changed that line and the one right below it to reflect
my domain.

DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST = 'kindley.net'
DEFAULT_URL_HOST = 'lists.kindley.net'

Also specified MAILMAN_USER and MAILMAN_GROUP in the same file because
by defualt they were blank:

MAILMAN_USER = 'mailman'
MAILMAN_GROUP = 'mailman'
