A recent install of rh9, I just got around to trying to get sound set up. Don't use sound much but want to tinker with audio stuff. The redhat-config-soundcard tool finds my card and plays three sounds, all the same at different volumes. I can play sound files but only very low volume. Setting max volume on aumix, doesn't affect the volume at all.
