Root can use it no problem. Users - sorry, > but no cigar. There must be something different in the environment of "root" and the normal users. Run "export > /tmp/env.`id -u`" and compare the resulting files. Another issue might be, that root can read/execute all required files, but a normal user can not; check permissions of files below /usr/local/netscape. HTH, cheers. l8er manfred
