Hi Jesse,

Thank you for your reaction.

Just to make sure: the standard RH9 *install* also supports the 8500 ?

I don't mean installing a machine on a regular disk and configuring/
installing the 8500 later (maybe even after applying the RH kernel
updates).

I mean installing RH9 right away on a RAID array on the 8500
with no other separate disks in the system.  Would that work with
the standard RH9 install as found on the original RH9 install CD ?
