Hi, I have a strange problem with the screen on my laptop. I have installed RH9 and when the screen goes blank after inactivity, what comes back when I tap on it is a very wide-font screen with part of it out of the screen and the rest scrolled over. I figured that maybe my graphics card was not installed right, so I decided to do a reinstall of the whole system -- well, the same problem actually shows up even during installation -- I deliberately did not touch the computer so that the screen would go blank. When I tapped it, the screen is now messed up with part of it outside the screen. Any ideas as to what I should do? It does not any longer look like a messup of the graphics card, given that that part of installation has not even come into play. I have a Dell Latitude C840 laptop with 15.0 Ultrasharp UXGA display panel, and an nVidia GeForce4 440 GoTM GoTM graphics card with 64MB DDR video memory.
