That's not what I understand. For example if you have a line saying 'alias
somename somemodule' in modules.conf file and then issue a command 'modprobe
somename' it will try to load somemodule.
That's what it did until modutils-2.4.25-7. Now it does the same, but it
looks in modprobe.conf instead modules.conf, and they have slightly
different format.
