Hello, I have an HP Photosmart 320 USB camera that worked great under RH 8 but not under 9. To get it to work, I have to be root or change permissions on the /proc/dev/usb/ area. Isn't this what hotplug is supposed to do? Does anyone know of a fix for this without having to change permissions all the time to allow other users access to a usb device?
