They are both ISO images, meaning they are both meant to be burned to CD.  
Burn the shrike-i386-disc1.iso as well as the matching disc2 and disc3 ISO's 
to CD's and use disc1 to boot and begin the install.  The installer will call 
for disc2 and possibly disc3 as they are needed.
