If you want help with a problem -- you need to be very specific about
what the problem is. It is tough to know what you are talking about just
at the moment. 

Do you know you can copy and paste the rpm output from a terminal window
to an email? By all means use it. Go do the 'rpm -ivh' command and if it
has a problem, select everything you typed and all the rpm output, copy
this to the clipboard, and paste it into an email. That is one way to
provide solid, helpful information.
