Since I'm away for a week or so on the laptop with 128Mb of memory, I've
installed aterm to reduce some of the memory consumption that
gnome-terminal brings.

I've got as far as mapping backspace with stty erase ^?

However I haven't worked out how to get a working
	PgUp, PgDn, Home, End

Where is the proper place to put these settings so that they are applied
to each new aterm?
