I can't get a working X windows setup on this machine. The default install provides a strongly flickering display. The settings I can make via the provided applet seem correct - 4Meg video RAM with an S3 Virge/MX chipset. If I attempt to switch to a console display, I get "melting" colors & no text. I've searched on the web for general X Windows Virge/MX info, and haven't found anything that seems relevant. Besides the applet, what can I do to try to configure X Windows under RH9? This machine works flawlessly under SuSE 7.3, X version 3.3.6. Thanks in advance, Bret
